Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Naura collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Naura mobile app and naura.tech.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, and authentication provider identifier when you sign in with Apple or Google. We also collect app activity needed to operate Naura, such as completed exercises, listening progress, earned access time, subscription status, and content feedback.

We may receive limited technical information, such as app version, device type, crash details, diagnostics, and general usage events. Apple processes App Store purchases and provides us with transaction and entitlement information; we do not receive your full payment card details.

Screen Time and device activity

Naura uses Apple Screen Time frameworks to let you select and manage app restrictions. Apple protects the identity of selected apps using opaque tokens. Naura uses this information to provide the blocking and earned-access features you request and does not sell it or use it for advertising.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, provide exercises and audio, track progress, grant earned access, verify subscriptions, respond to feedback, maintain security, diagnose problems, and improve Naura. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers for authentication, hosting, content delivery, analytics, diagnostics, and App Store payments. They may process information only to provide services to Naura and under their own applicable privacy terms. Sign-in is also governed by Apple or Google, depending on the method you choose.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Naura, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can manage Screen Time permissions in iOS Settings and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account. You may ask to access, correct, or delete account information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and accounting purposes.

Children

Naura is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as Naura changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
