Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Naura mobile app, naura.tech, and related services. By using Naura, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Wellness, not medical care

Naura provides general wellness, focus, meditation, breathing, and listening content. It is not medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Stop an exercise if you feel unwell. Do not use Naura while driving or whenever audio, breathing, or visual focus could create a safety risk. Seek emergency help when appropriate.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and device access. You may use Naura only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or misuse Naura in a way that harms other people or systems.

Naura Unlimited subscription

Naura Unlimited is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks the full eligible content library. The U.S. price is $4.99 per month; the App Store displays the final price and currency for your region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect after the current paid period. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies. Restoring a purchase requires the Apple Account used for the original subscription.

Content and license

Naura and its audio, visuals, exercises, text, trademarks, software, and other content are owned by Naura or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes while these terms apply.

Availability and changes

We may add, remove, or change features and content, perform maintenance, or suspend access when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature or item will always be available.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Naura is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or particular results. To the extent permitted by law, Naura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using Naura at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes and contact
